Injustice: The Not Guity Verdict of George Zimmerman

Hello everyone, I'm very disappointed with the verdict of George Zimmerman, who walked away smelling like a rose from court in Florida. How can someone who was told by the Florida police not to follow someone but decided to anyway be found innocent? George Zimmerman claims he acted in self-defense, but Zimmerman is the one who provoked and started this mess. Trayvon Martin didn't have any weapons on him. Also, George Zimmerman is way bigger than Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman took the law into his own hands when he was not suppose to and now a young human being, a minor, someone's child, is dead because of it. Also, Trayvon Martin's civil rights were violated because George Zimmerman stopped him from going where Trayvon needed to go to. Trayvon Martin could've been alive today if Zimmerman would've followed the police instructions. I want to ask those people who voted that Zimmerman is not guilty how would you feel if your child or children went out to the store in the middle of the night and a stranger sees them and decides to commit crimes against them especially when your child or children didn't do anything wrong? These jurors didn't put themselves in the place of Trayvon Martin's mother. These jurors didn't even put themselves in the place of Trayvon Martin. Do the jurors really care? Was wish I was part of that jury in the court in Florida. I would've printed and distributed copies of the USA Neighbor Watch Handbook and let those jurors read it! The verdict on George Zimmerman was not fair not to Trayvon Martin and his family. The verdict of George Zimmerman tells us that injustice and unfairness is allowed throughout the country, so anybody who is in authority, whether armed or not, or anybody who shouldn't be armed but they are, can get away with anything they do wrong to their victims. This horrible ordeal proves the justice system has failed us. I said this in my last blog entry: Neighborhood Watch people should not be carry any weapons whatsoever! If the Neighborhood Watch should always call the police if they see something wrong, not do everything yourself and take the law into your own hands. George Zimmerman had no business with a gun! Everyone in America can see that was more than enough evidence to put George Zimmerman behind bars. On Friday, July 12, 2013, I felt racially profiled and insulted when the police went on national television and said when the verdict comes out that Stanford has always been a "peaceful community" among its citizens and it will always stay a "peaceful community". In translation, they don't want trouble and they don't want their city torn up! When the verdict comes out, the police wants the African American citizens to remain quiet and go on with our lives. Do they honestly think that its ok to bring oppression upon us and expect us not to do anything about it? No! Can you hit an elephant repeatedly and not expect that elephant to hit back? No! That elephant is going to do everything in its power to fight back because that elephant has been picked on repeatedly! If we as a unity get angry, it is because of the injustice and wrongdoings that were committed by the people who worked in the system that has plagued us throughout the years. But the truth is, not only African Americans are upset, but also some people of all ethnic backgrounds are upset too about this injustice. I'm a person, I have emotions just like they do! But I don't go out and wreak havoc and start mess every time something doesn't come out right. We can't settle for this injustice! When Trayvon Martin lost his life and lost the case against George Zimmerman, all of us lost as well! We as a people of unity can't move on with our lives and let people with badges and wannabes who are part of the system continue with committing wrongdoings! If we let them do this they will think this is ok and they will keep on with their wrongdoings! We as a people of unity will never have freedom until we discover the true definition of liberty and justice! When we learn the what our rights are, we as a people have to learn how to keep them, whether it takes years and years and years of protesting, marching, and rallying. If we don't do something about this, old Jim Crow will sneak back up on us. I don't believe in committing violence in order to prove a point. Two wrongs don't make a right. So what does this so called "Stand Your Ground" really mean and who does it really apply to?

Justice For Trayvon Martin

Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is focused on the trial of George Zimmerman. What happened to Trayvon Martin was an outrage! I don't ever want this to happen to another innocent human being! Taking the law into your own hands is never the right thing to do in a difficult situation such as this, there is always a bad outcome. George Zimmerman took the law into his own hands when Trayvon Martin was shot and killed. George Zimmerman had no business with a gun on him while being part of a neighborhood watch program. So why on earth did George Zimmerman have a gun on him? The use of any kind of weapons shouldn't be allowed at all during neighborhood watch programs. Innocent human beings could've gotten hurt. People who are part of the Neighborhood Watch Teams are only suppose to look out for things that look suspicious, write down observations, then let the law enforcement handle it if something goes wrong. George Zimmerman need to be found guilty for shooting a human being. People who feel sorry for George Zimmerman don't understand that there are rules and regulations of being a Neighborhood Watch Program. People who feel sorry for George Zimmerman really don't understand what it is like to lose a child to violence especially a child who didn't do anything wrong. I wish I was part of the jury in the courtroom in Florida. I would be expressing my sympathy to Trayvon Martin's family. In my opinion, Trayvon Martin deserves justice. And I hope Trayvon gets justice. Below is a hyperlink to a neighborhood watch manual (it takes a few minutes to load up). You read it and figure out for yourself who deserves justice.
